Satsuma Gin Sour

Most of the recipes that I shared are easy-to-make recipes if you already have the ingredients at hand. However, sometimes I am asked for easier recipes with easy to find ingredients. This is a simple sour cocktail recipe that I sometimes use which can be easily modified with different ingredients. I wanted to make a citrus-forward sour with the characteristic touch of satsuma syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 20 ml Orange juice
  • 20 ml Satsuma syrup
  • Egg white

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheels.⁣
