Inverted Clover Club (Mulberry)
I really enjoy different presentations of classical or well-known cocktails while keeping almost all the ingredients the same. This way, you can create a different experience of having that cocktail. You can think of this inverted clover club (mulberry) as a different presentation of the cocktail that I posted last week as a classical recipe of clover club but with mulberries instead of raspberries. Since the berries are removed from the mix, adding dry vermouth will be a good choice.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Dry vermouth
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 2 drops Saline solution
- Mulberry foam
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your chilled glass. Top with mulberry foam. Cheers! 🥂Inspired by the recipe of @kevin_kos 🥂
