Today is World Gin Day! It is a special day which is held on the second Saturday in June every year to celebrate the existence of this wonderful spirit. There may be some special occasions around you, just check it out and join if you can. If you are not lucky enough to have something around, then you can celebrate it with a G&T, a cocktail or neat at home or at your favorite bar. I would like to celebrate this day with a fresh cocktail, ingredients of which I used for the first time together, and it turned out to be delicious one.
Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 30 ml lime juice
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 3 strawberries
- 2 dashes cardamom bitters
- Rose foam
Instructions
- Muddle strawberries in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients, except foam. Shake well with ice and double strain in your glass. Top with rose foam and garnish with dried rose petals.Cheers! 🍓🌹
