Lagerita
Happy International Beer Day! This day is a global celebration of beer on the first Friday of August every year. There may be special occasions at some places around you, so if you are a beer lover and want to celebrate this day, go and check. I don’t generally make beer-based cocktails but this month I will make a few more. You may have heard about this cocktail, Lagerita, which is simply a Lager beer touch to the classical cocktail margarita. There are many different recipes in many different sources or you may use your own measures and/or ingredients like I did in this one.
Ingredients
- 45 ml tequila blanco
- 15 ml Triple Sec
- 30 ml lime juice
- 10 ml agave syrup
- 300 ml Lager (to top with)
Instructions
- Rim your glass with Tajin spice. Add all ingredients, except beer, into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your chilled beer glass. Top with a lager beer of your choice. Garnish with a lime slice.Cheers! 🍺🍻
