Pineapple Margarita
I have mentioned several times that you can make very simple recipes more delicious with small additions. One of my favorite cocktail ingredients is definitely pineapple, but it has to be fresh. When making a pineapple margarita, it will be enough to add only pineapple juice by adjusting the measures pf your favorite margarita recipe to keep the balance. However, adding a small amount of tropical fruit liqueur and using mezcal instead of tequila are actually quite simple touches and makes the cocktail even more enjoyable.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Mezcal
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 10 ml Safari
- 50 ml Pineapple Juice
- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 5 ml Agave Syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your ice-filled glass and garnish with a pineapple and lime wedge. Cheers! 🍍🍹
