Head Spin
Head Spin is a Death & Co (@deathandcompany) recipe. I came across this recipe while looking for an effective way to use kumquat rather than muddling it. Thanks to the book, the kumquat cordial recipe is also given along with the cocktail. If you don’t have the book, you can also find the recipe online. It is simple to make and the result is very tasty. I love the kumquat and vanilla pairing which I already used in a couple of recipes before. With this cordial, it is even better.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila Blanco
- 15 ml Orange Liqueur
- 22.5 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Orange Juice
- 22.5 ml Kumquat Cordial
- 7.5 ml Vanilla Syrup
- splash of Soda
Instructions
- Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with ice. Strain into a large coupe and top with the club soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.Cheers! 🥂
