Carpoose
For some reason, I haven’t preferred using watermelon in my cocktails. I think I shared another recipe two years ago, and that's all. Watermelon and basil were the two main ingredients of that cocktail. I remember that we were inspired by a shampoo while making that cocktail. This time, Cointreau was one of the highlights when looking at the flavor pairings. for watermelon. I wanted to add the cape goldenberries because of its sweet and tart taste. If you want to add a little more spicy notes, you can also use cardamom. (By the way, the name of the cocktail has no meaning but that’s how we pronounce watermelon (karpuz) in Turkish.)
