Cognative Peach
I like peach in cocktails, however, since it is a dominant taste, it is important to adjust the balance and not to turn the cocktail into just a peach juice drink. This time it is peach and vanilla pairing with the base drink of cognac which turns out to be a nice refreshing sip.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Cognac V.S.
- 30 ml Peach Puree
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- 3-4 drops Foamer
Instructions
- Spank the mint leaves in your palm and drop them in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a peach slice and a mint sprig.Cheers! 🏖️🍹
