PPAP (Pen Pineapple Apple Pen)
Since it is summer time, we continue with refreshing and simple recipes. Next up is a very enjoyable cocktail with a mix of green apple, melon and pineapple. The only important point here is to use freshly squeezed green apple and pineapple juice. I used Midori, if you don't have it, you can use another melon liqueur.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Midori
- 40 ml Green Apple Juice
- 30 ml Pineapple Juice
- 20 ml Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice until well-chilled. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with pineapple fronds and apple slices.Cheers! 🍹
