Bunch of Thyme
This one is a refreshing fruity cocktail which is great for summer. You can try this one either with gin or vodka. Both are so good. Soon, I will be sharing more cocktails with peach using other base spirits.
Ingredients
- 45 ml London Dry Gin
- 15 ml Elderflower liqueur @stgermainuk
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Peach syrup
- 2 sprigs of Fresh thyme
- Egg white
Instructions
- Muddle thyme sprigs in the shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. First dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with thyme sprigs and peach slices. Cheers!🍹
