Happy New Year to you all! It is the last day of 2022 and I hope it will be a pleasant and beautiful day for everyone. We left this year behind at a pace that I can't quite understand. I can say that 2022 has been the year of important changes for me, maybe that’s why. I believe it's always good to celebrate the arrival of a new year, even if there will be no change at all. And when we say celebration, one of the first things that comes to mind is definitely champagne. I prepared a French 75 variation for this New Year's Eve. I can say that the pairing of cherry or black mulberry with mastic gum is a match made in heaven so you should give it a try.
Ingredients
30mlLondon Dry Gin
10mlSour Cherry Puree
10mlBlack Mulberry Puree
15mlLemon Juice
10mlMastiha Syrup
Prosecco(to top with)
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except prosecco, into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your chilled champagne flute glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel. Cheers! 🎄🍾🥂
