- 50 ml London Dry Gin
- 20 ml Mandarin Napoleon
- 45 ml Quince Puree
- 2 bsp Quince Vinegar
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Blossom Water
- 3-4 drops Foamer
Add all ingredients into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your ice-filled glass and garnish with a quince fan.Cheers! 🍹
