The Cast Away cocktail was created by Jeff “Beachburn” Berry in 1994 and it is simply a delicious combination of dark rum, pineapple and coffee. @raise_the_bar_ist recommended to me trying this cocktail and I immediately made it with her slight modifications to the original recipe. (more dark rum, splash of lime juice and coffee beans) You may prefer adding coffee beans according to your taste.
