- 50 ml Smokehead
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 30 ml Mandarin juice
- 15 ml Honey syrup
- 1 small cube of Ginger
- Egg white
Muddle ginger in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. First dry shake, add ice and shake again until well chilled. Double strain into your ice-filled glass. Garnish with a dehydrated mandarin wheel. Cheers! 🥃
