This is an old cocktail that I made a while ago and I forgot to post it. I love the combination of green chartreuse and fresh pineapple juice. Cognac and chili syrup definitely adds on it. I strongly recommend using freshly squeezed pineapple juice in your cocktails since the alternatives are not that good.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml ABK6 Cognac
  • 10 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 50 ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 20 ml Chili syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice until chilled. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a dried chili pepper. Cheers! 🍹
