This is an old cocktail that I made a while ago and I forgot to post it. I love the combination of green chartreuse and fresh pineapple juice. Cognac and chili syrup definitely adds on it. I strongly recommend using freshly squeezed pineapple juice in your cocktails since the alternatives are not that good.
Ingredients
50mlABK6 Cognac
10mlGreen Chartreuse
50mlFresh pineapple juice
30mlLemon juice
20mlChili syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice until chilled. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a dried chili pepper. Cheers! 🍹
