- 50 ml Ford's Gin
- 15 ml Chambord
- 30 ml Pomegranate Juice
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Sumac Syrup
- 2 dashes Cardamom Bitters
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- 3-4 drops Foamer
Spank the mint leaves and drop them in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into your sumac-rimmed and ice-filled glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.Cheers! 🥂
