- 45 ml Cognac VSOP
- 15 ml White Creme de Cacao
- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 plum
- Egg white
- Soda
Muddle plum in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except soda, into your shaker. First dry shake, then add ice and shake again until well chilled. Double strain into a tall glass and top with a splash of soda. Garnish with a few slices of plum. Cheers! 🍹
