It’s been so busy lately since there are many important changes in my life. It is an adaptation period but I believe it will be good. That’s why the frequency of my posts are lower lately, but I will try to fix that soon. Enough about me and let’s proceed with the cocktail. I love cognac in cocktails and in this one I wanted to match the fruity and nutty flavors of cognac vsop with plum and creme de cacao. This combination deserves a creamy texture with egg white and finally I added a splash of soda to introduce some bubbles. The result is definitely delicious.
