This recipe is from Paula (@thebitterfairy) who is one of my favorite drinkstagrammers. I noted the recipe when I first saw it on her page. I don’t have a navy strength gin so that was the only ingredient that I changed from the original recipe. At first, I was a little bit skeptical about the balance but the first sip proved me totally wrong. I definitely loved it. As Paula described it the best on her post; “its strength greenly veiled through luscious floral and herbal layers of flavor.”
