Hendrick’s Cucumber Lemonade recipe is one of the earliest posts that I shared here on #drinkstagram. It is a simple, refreshing and a delicious one which you can easily make at home. It is simply; Hendrick’s gin and cucumber puree which is a blended mix of cucumber, lemon and simple syrup. When I was checking for older recipes, I came across that one and wanted to revisit. But this time with a floral touch; using Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice and elderflower syrup instead of simple syrup. I would like to note that elderflower and cucumber are a perfect match if you haven’t tried before.
