I generally make a couple of cocktails when I prepared the setup for shooting at nights. Sometimes, I am the sole drinker so I make the cocktail, I take the photos and then I drink all of them. After a couple of drinks, I may start experimenting and sometimes I forget to write down what I did. 🙂 Luckily, I wrote down the recipe of this. This spicy hibiscus mastiha syrup is an interesting one that I made a while ago and it paired well with all these ingredients.
Ingredients
60mlSpiced rum
40mlPineapple juice
20mlHomemade bergamot syrup
20mlLime juice
10mlSpicy hibiscus mastiha syrup
2dashesHomemade orange bitters
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple fronds. Cheers! 🍹
