Although the clarified cordials, which are balanced in acid and sugar, are a bit difficult to prepare, they are a good option for preparing quick, delicious and visually beautiful cocktails. I made this cocktail a long time ago, but I somehow forgot to share. Even the cordial and the foam is a little bit time-taking to make, once prepared, you can build-up this cocktail in a glass and serve it so quickly to your guests at home or your bar.

Basil foam
