- 50 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Aperol
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 30 ml Grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Ginger syrup
- 1 dash Cardamom bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your coupe glass over a large ice cube. Express the oil of a grapefruit peel and drop it in. Even though, there are some oppositions to cubes in coupes concept from the professional bartenders, I like the visual and I think it can be an option when the glass have enough capacity. Cheers! 🍸
