- 50 ml London Dry Gin
- 20 ml Lychee liqueur
- 1/2 bsp Rosewater
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 6-7 Raspberries
- Egg white
Muddle raspberries in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. First dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double-strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint. Cheers!
