Karadut (Black Mulberry)

It is always the best to use fresh ingredients during the season. When I saw the black mulberries in the fridge, I immediately made this cocktail using a few of them. Here is a simple but fresh and delicious recipe using fresh mulberries.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml London Dry Gin
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 6-7 Black mulberries
  • 4-5 Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Muddle mulberries in the shaker. Gently smack the mint leaves and drop them in. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with mulberries and mint leaves. Cheers! 🍹
