- 60 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 50 ml Granny Smith apple juice
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Citrus mix syrup
- Bergamot foam
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into an ice-filled glass and top with bergamot foam. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Cheers! 🍹
