- 45 ml Gin
- 30 ml Dry Vermouth
- 75 ml Melon Cordial
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash Saline Solution (1:10)
- Mozzarella Foam
Add the gin, dry vermouth, cantaloupe cordial, bitters, and saline solution into a large shaker tin with ice and throw from one tin to the other repeatedly to aerate and dilute. Strain into a glass over a large clear ice. Top with foam and garnish with ground black pepper.Cheers! 🍹
