- 45 ml London Dry Gin
- 15 ml Aperitivo Rosato
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml White chocolate syrup
- Handful of red currants
- Egg white
Muddle red currants in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into your pre-chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a purple basil leaf. Cheers! 🍹🎄
