- 45 ml Hendrick’s gin
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Bergamot oleo saccharum
- 3 slices of Cucumber
- 3-4 leaves of Basil
- Homemade bergamot sparkling wine ( Champagne/Prosecco/Sparkling wine)
Muddle cucumbers and basil in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the sparkling one, and shake with ice until well-chilled. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with sparkling wine/prosecco or champagne. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and basil leaves. Cheers! 🍸
