This one is a Zafer Paçarız' recipe, which he kindly shared after an instagram live session from which he learnt that I love bergamot. The original recipe is a little bit different than what I did since I didn’t have all the ingredients such as vanilla flavored vodka and bergamot puree. Instead, I used vanilla liqueur and bergamot cordial. So here it is;
Ingredients
60mlSpiced rum
20mlGalliano vanilla liqueur
30mlBergamot cordial
15mlLemon juice
15mlOrange juice
Egg white
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Cheers! 🍸
