- ½ Satsuma to muddle
- Egg white

Muddle satsuma mandarin in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. First dry shake, then add ice and shake again.. Double strain into your glass. Slowly pour the red wine, express the oil of an orange peel and drop it in. Cheers! 🥃🍷
