- 30 ml Cognac VSOP
- 10 ml Grapefruit juice
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Hibiscus syrup
- Champagne
Add all ingredients into your Shaker (except champagne) and shake with ice until well-chilled. Strain into your chilled champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Happy new year and cheers! 🍾🥂
