Sidecar is the first one that comes to mind when talking about cognac based cocktails. Sticking to the classical recipe, I just added the pulp of one passion fruit. If you are not a fan of sugar rims, you may add some simple syrup to the mix.
Ingredients
45mlHennessy Cognac VS
22.5mlCointreau
22.5mlLemon juice
1Passion pulp
Sugar rim
Instructions
Coat the rim of your glass with sugar. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Open pour into a chilled coupe glass. (You may prefer to strain it) Garnish with half of a passion fruit. Cheers! 🍹
