Pear and vanilla is another pair that I noted and would like to try for a while, so I decided to try it with a whiskey sour twist. Cinnamon may be another good option to add but I wanted to skip it since I clearly want to try the pear and vanilla. Here is a delicious, refreshing whisky sour.
Ingredients
50mlBourbon
10mlGalliano vanilla liqueur
30mlFreshly pressed pear juice
30mlLemon juice
10mlSimple syrup
Egg white
Instructions
Add all ingredients into your shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pear fan. Cheers! 🥃
