Pears of Joy

Pear and vanilla is another pair that I noted and would like to try for a while, so I decided to try it with a whiskey sour twist. Cinnamon may be another good option to add but I wanted to skip it since I clearly want to try the pear and vanilla. Here is a delicious, refreshing whisky sour.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Bourbon
  • 10 ml Galliano vanilla liqueur
  • 30 ml Freshly pressed pear juice
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • Egg white

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into your shaker and first dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pear fan. Cheers! 🥃
