- 45 ml Dark rum
- 15 ml Green Chartreuse
- 45 ml Pineapple juice
- 20 ml Rooibos syrup
- 20 ml Lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and grated nutmeg. Cheers! 🍹
