Happy world gin day! Yes, it was yesterday but it is never late to celebrate. I have already shared the recipe for the grapefruit-lemongrass cordial and you can find it on highlights. Pairing it with gin and purple basil was a hit and this bubbly drink is perfect as a summer drink.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Tanqueray No. Ten gin
  • 30 ml Grapefruit-lemongrass cordial
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 5-6 Purple basil leaves
  • Soda

Instructions

  • Gently smack the purple basil leaves in your hand and drop them in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except soda, into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain in an ice-filled glass. Add more basil leaves and top with soda. Cheers! 🥂
