It’s been a month of wine-based cocktails or cocktails with wine as an ingredient. Tinto de Verano is a very simple cocktail from Spain which is basically red wine and soda (flavored or not). Easy and simple recipes are sometimes great but most of the time I prefer more complex tastes. I shared a Tinto de Verano recipe with red wine before with the addition of vermouth and a bit of syrup. This time I made a rosé wine based recipe with different taste profiles. When you serve a wine-based cocktail in a glass, choosing one that is large in volume is ideal for prolonging your enjoyment.
