Rose Foam

Rose foam recipe with cream siphon

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Rose Syrup (1:2 sugar to water ratio)
  • 150 ml Lemon Juice
  • 40 ml Rose Water
  • 3 Egg White
  • 30 ml Vodka

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients in a cup and add into your 500 ml cream siphon. Charge with 2 N2O chargers. Give it a shake at every charge and keep it in the refrigerator a couple of hours or a day before use.
