Lately, you might have realized that I am so much into shrubs since they are really special ingredients for cocktails, turning them into more refreshing drinks. I noted down the grapefruit shrub a while ago and the first cocktail that I was planning to try is a paloma. I added a little bit of mustard microgreens to spice it up a little bit and here it is;
Ingredients
60mlTequila blanco
60mGrapefruit shrub
10mlLime juice
5mlAgave syrup
A small handful of Mustard microgreens
Soda
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except soda, in your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda. Garnish with grapefruit zest and mustard microgreens. Cheers! 🥂
