- 45 ml Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
- 15 ml Aperol
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 3 Strawberries
- Basil Foam
Muddle strawberries in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well with ice until well chilled. Double strain into your highball glass and top with basil foam. Garnish with a basil leaf and/or strawberry. Cheers! 🍹🍓🍃
