- 1 cube of sugar
- 2 dashes Jerry Thomas bitters
- 10 ml Cognac VSOP
- Homemade bergamot sparkling wine
Add 2 dashes of bitters onto sugar cube and drop it into champagne flute. Add cognac and then fill the glass with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel and a pomegranate flower. Cheers! 🥂
