I have been on a business trip away from home for a month lately. It is really hard to stay at a hotel and eat outside for that long during such a pandemic since you need to spend almost all of your time in public spaces. @eksimayaankara became one of my favorite places during the trip. Besides all the delicious food, there was also a cocktail menu which is limited but every one of which was meticulously created according to the concept of the place. This cocktail is inspired by one of those cocktails, Perihan, which was prepared and served perfectly by Kubra (@krtkbraa) every time I ordered it. (Infusion is the same but I used additional/different ingredients).
Ingredients
60mlLinden cardamom and cinnamon infused bourbon
40mlFresh pineapple juice
20mlOrange juice
30mlLemon juice
20mlLemongrass syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with pineapple fronds, dehydrated orange wheel and linden. Cheers! 🥃
