This cocktail is from the book “Field Guide to Hendrick’s” recipe of which belongs to Guiseppe Gallo from Purple Bar at Sanderson, London. I think we can consider it as an interesting variation to Negroni with the addition of amaro instead of Sweet vermouth which makes the cocktail more bitter.
Ingredients
50mlHendrick’s Gin
25mlCampari
25mlCynar
1dashCardamom bitters
Instructions
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass or tin. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a cucumber slice. 🥒Cheers! 🍸
