I think I have mentioned it a couple of times before but I would like to note it again. In Turkey, a ripe version of mandarin (satsuma type) which is specifically grown in Bodrum region is called “satsuma”. It has a rich aroma and taste which makes it so tempting in desserts and of course in cocktails. It pairs very well with apple also.
Ingredients
50mlIrish Whiskey
50mlRed delicious apple juice
15mlLime juice
20mlSatsuma cordial
Instructions
Add all ingredients into your shaker and shake with ice until well-chilled. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with apple fan.Cheers! 🍹
