The Pumpkin King
It is that time of the year again. 🎃 Every year, I try to participate in Halloween celebrations at least by creating cocktails and share on #drinkstagram. This year’s mix contains a delicious pumpkin puree and a homemade spice syrup with allspice berries, cloves and cinnamon. And of course, my favorite Halloween character, Jack Skellington is standing there again.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bourbon
- 45 ml Pumpkin puree baked
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Pink grapefruit juice
- 20 ml Homemade spice syrup
- Active carbon syrup (to sink)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except AC syrup) into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Pour a little bit of active carbon syrup to sink. Garnish with a grapefruit peel. Cheers and happy halloween! 🎃💀
