In my latest cocktail post, Jungle Ice Tea, I mentioned a variation of that cocktail with fresh peaches and earl grey syrup and I told that I will try to post the recipe soon. I had the time to make the cocktail and the shooting and here it is. A fresh one which is ideal for the summer that you can enjoy in a large glass filled with ice. I have used the earl grey syrup from a local producer so you can make it yourself (dark brewed earl grey tea + sugar) or you may use dark brewed earl grey tea and some simple syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 ml London Dry Gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 30 ml Orange juice
- 20 ml Earl grey syrup
- 1/2 Peach (Cut into small cubes)
- 6-7 Mint leaves
Instructions
- Muddle the peach pieces in the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, add ice and shake well. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slices. Cheers!
