Because of the rush just before the vacation and then a week of vacation for the first time since the Covid outbreak, I could send less posts than before. I am now back at home and the first thing I would like to do is to share a new recipe. Plum shrub is the star of this cocktail and I will share the recipe of this shrub which consists of plum vinegar and rooibos syrup from the stories. I will also add it to recipe highlights. Here is a delicious cocktail with gin, sweet vermouth and plum shrub.
Ingredients
- 50 ml London Dry Gin
- 25 ml Sweet vermouth
- 30 ml Plum shrub
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- Soda
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda. Garnish with plum and a mint sprig. Cheers! 🥂
