Kerb Crawler
I recently started reading the book “The Dead Rabbit, Mixology and Mayhem” and checking for the recipes to reshake. I guess I was so lucky that the Kerb Crawler is only the fourth recipe in the book and I have all the ingredients at home. Being able to make a Dead Rabbit (@deadrabbitnyc) cocktail at home is a treat, at least being able to try to make one. Created by Madeleine Solo Rapp and as described perfectly in the book, here is a bright, fruity and refreshing tequila drink.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tequila Blanco
- 7.5 ml Crème de Pamplemousse Rose Liqueur
- 7.5 ml Apricot Brandy
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Vanilla syrup
- 1 dash Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
- 1 muddled ripe strawberry
Instructions
- Muddle the strawberry in your shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Shake well with ice and double strain into a coupe glass over a large clear ice cube. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Cheers! 🍸
