Bergamot & basil pairing is one of my favorites as you might know. That’s why I wanted to try the Yuzu liqueur with basil first. (Yuzu is a citrus fruit for those who might have never heard before) It is a delicious mix but to be honest I prefer bergamot in such a mix.

Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml Tanqueray 10 Gin
  • 30 ml Yuzu liqueur
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 5-6 Basil leaves
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Egg white

Instructions
 

  • Muddle basil leaves with lemon juice in the shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. First dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with basil microgreens. Cheers! 🍹
