Yanzgtze
Bergamot & basil pairing is one of my favorites as you might know. That’s why I wanted to try the Yuzu liqueur with basil first. (Yuzu is a citrus fruit for those who might have never heard before) It is a delicious mix but to be honest I prefer bergamot in such a mix.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Tanqueray 10 Gin
- 30 ml Yuzu liqueur
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- 5-6 Basil leaves
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- Egg white
Instructions
- Muddle basil leaves with lemon juice in the shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. First dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with basil microgreens. Cheers! 🍹
