Fortress
I generally make a couple of cocktails when I prepared the setup for shooting at nights. Sometimes, I am the sole drinker so I make the cocktail, I take the photos and then I drink all of them. After a couple of drinks, I may start experimenting and sometimes I forget to write down what I did. 🙂 Luckily, I wrote down the recipe of this. This spicy hibiscus mastiha syrup is an interesting one that I made a while ago and it paired well with all these ingredients.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Spiced rum
- 40 ml Pineapple juice
- 20 ml Homemade bergamot syrup
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Spicy hibiscus mastiha syrup
- 2 dashes Homemade orange bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple fronds. Cheers! 🍹
