Basil Foam

Basil foam recipe with cream siphon

Equipment

  • 1 Cream Siphon
  • 2 N2O Gas Cartridge

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Basil Syrup
  • 150 ml Lemon Juice
  • 3 Egg White
  • 4-5 drops Foamer

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a container and stir until well mixed. Pour the mix into your siphon and charge with two N2O gas cartridges. Shake and wait in between each charge. Keep in the fridge for at least one hour before use. Always make the first trial into a sink.
